Designed to meet slicing and packaging processes in the companies with high capacities.
Breads placed on the band push each other and a continuous slicing is provided.
Slicing is made in the desired speed through band speed adjustment.
It is not proper for single slicing on the bench.
Height can be adjusted in accordance with the bigness of bread.
Machine is equipped with a packaging apparatus with fan to open the sachet as for packaging the sliced breads. Advantage of double sided sachet is that, small sachets can be placed on one side and big sachets can be placed on the other side.
Sliced breads can easily be pushed by hand into the sachet that is opened by air. After putting the breads in, the sachet is taken apart and the sachet down is again opened by air.
Slice thickness can be adjusted from 10 mm up to desired value.
It is produced with standard electrostatic kiln dyed and optional stainless body.
It is easy to carry through the wheels.
Has 2 years guarantee for production and assembly defects.
